Not good at all at returning calls. Had 1 issue brought up to her about an amended return and 5.5 months later find out that one issue I had stated is the hold up from getting a return. For taxes done at the beginning of the year, looks like its at least january . up in the air whether I would use again. UPDATE We are at 7 months we have been waiting for a refund all because of an issue at this office. STILL NO RETURN CALL. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL. NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL!

She goes above and beyond to ensure my taxes are done accurately. Friendly, fast, professional and has great candy to enjoy while waiting. She is very busy, but to me that means I'm not the only one who trusts her abilities. Would and do recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks!

Setup appointment for a Friday. Showed up for appointment note on door said went home sick. She never called to tell me she left early. I did try calling her back a few days later. Left a message she never returned my call. Called a few more times only to get answering machine. Obviously she's to busy to take on new clients. Not sure if recommend this business for anything..
