I would not recommend Faversham - being called the day after my mothers death & asked when are we emptying her room for starters, having to point out medical issues needing attention, just heartbreaking experience.
Hello My family and I want to thank all of the staff at Faversham House. Our dad stayed there recently for 3 weeks in the Dementia section whilst our mum had a respite. She wanted to say thank you everyone for taking such great care of dad, she loved the facility and his room and dad actually left after his 3 week stay really happy. He enjoyed his stay which is a relief as he was very hesitant to stay there, he did not what to go but knew that mum needed a break.
