I would not recommend Faversham - being called the day after my mothers death & asked when are we emptying her room for starters, having to point out medical issues needing attention, just heartbreaking experience.
Hello My family and I want to thank all of the staff at Faversham House. Our dad stayed there recently for 3 weeks in the Dementia section whilst our mum had a respite. She wanted to say thank you everyone for taking such great care of dad, she loved the facility and his room and dad actually left after his 3 week stay really happy. He enjoyed his stay which is a relief as he was very hesitant to stay there, he did not what to go but knew that mum needed a break. Faversham House is wonderful. Need I say more ? Well, maybe that's a bit brief. :) A family member suffering from Alzheimer's was determined never to leave living on her own and "looking after herself" ( ! ); but once in FH she has settled down quite happily and is not, they tell me, causing anyone problems. That would take experts; and that's what they have there. I recommend this establishment as being totally excellent at what it's there to do.
Most caring and attentive staff, excellent premises, no complaints having two family members cared for here over several years.
