I can't say enough good things about Bass Rehab. From the office staff to the therapists, I was treated with respect, kindness, and empathy at every visit. I needed OT twice a week for an extended period after an extremely difficult wrist injury. Janice & Chris from the OT department worked diligently and patiently with me through the early stages of recovery to my final session. I didn't receive PT but even they felt like friends! I can’t say enough about the ladies at Bass. They are all sweet and very professional. I had almost given up my knee would be better but they worked with me and now it’s back to where I wanted it. They are the best and I highly recommend them if you need any kind of therapy from PT to OT they are the ones to help you.
Whitney and the entire team do a great job. They are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They will work hard to help you achieve the best results possible.
I hiighly recommend Chuck, Whitney, Erica, or Carson!! They took very good care of me!! I have been through rehabs before but the 1st visit with Chuck @ Bass Rehab, my shoulder was pain free. I was amazed because I have hurt for many years, and had already been through therapy with it once, but nothing was working. I was so skeptical about even going to rehab but was so impressed I am requesting low back therapy to help get it out of pain! Thank you Bass Rehab for helping me!!!
