Horrible to say the least. Most unprofessional white collar representative I have ever seen. They do not know how to do their job. I had my business taxes done by them just because they were the previous owners accountant. They made several mistakes which cost us penalty whether it was filing payroll tax or sales tax. I cant even describe how horrible my experience was here. I needed my previous year tax papers, which they did not print out fully. They are required by Law to print out full tax papers and give to customers. They did not give me my papers. They overcharge for their services, and keep wanting more money everytime. They are one of the cheapest, rude, horrible people i have meet. All i ask for people who see this review is to stay away from them, go somewhere else. They should not even be in business.

Stay away from these crooks, they are the worst tax prepares in the business. Customer service is one of the worst i have yet to encounter. I have had similar experiences as other customers, they do not give you full print outs of taxes, nor will they help if any tax paper is missing. They will keep asking for more money, as if they are greedy. This is my honest review, please stay away from this business as much as you can for any type of business.

Worst experience with these tax prepares ! They couldn’t print out my tax papers and said the system was down every time. How is your system down every time i call and ask? How are you doing work? Stay away from this business please go somewhere else to get taxes done. Will never come here again !
