A very relaxing experience with the Christmas Detox at Central with Zara (I think..bit blissed out on leaving). If your end goal is complete relaxation & possibly falling asleep throughout, then a fully body scrub, upper massage, Indian head massage & add-on mini facial hits that brief. Fluid firm movements melted muscles, though I was asked if pressure right for me, so they will tailor to your preference. I came out floating. Definitely letting my hubby know that was the best gift 😉
Lovely clean space, friendly staff and easy booking system. Lots of parking nearby.
