We purchased some outdoor furniture from Bask Outdoor Living and had a problem with the wooden arm rests. Bask arrange for a replacement set from the importer without any questions. Throughout the whole process Bask were extremely helpful and their service level as well as those of the suppliers have certainly exceeded our expectations. Bought a great looking new outdoor setting from Bask at Bundall. Had a bit of an issue with assembling the 3-seat sofa but the staff there went out of the way to assist and resolve my issue. Thought this level of great service was consigned to history. Could not recommend more highly!
