Saya datang kedai 1020pm, staf beritahu saya mereka sudah tutup. Sedangkan waktu tutup yang tertera adalah pada jam 1100pm. Staf cakap dia ambil masa untuk cleaning kedai. 40 minit cleaning kedai yang tiada orang pun? Waktu cleaning buat apa letak dekat google? Customer tak perlu tahu. Harap boleh diperbaiki.

Very BAD customer service. High food price but low staff attitude. Lagak tu macam bapak dia punya kedai. Baskbear must fired this staff if want you want run longer business!!
