This company is always late they come to pick up the client way after their appointed pickup time and lies and give you a whole bunch of excuses when they know that the driver is not on his way my client missed appointment that she was supposed to be picked up at 9:00 for 10:30 appointment on 15th Street the driver showed up at 10:30 to pick her up she missed her appointment she was waiting.they need to change and do better.

They have my mom sitting down outside after she told the driver she’s on her down for pick up, no matter how long the driver was waiting downstairs for her. When they call my mother, knew she’s not well enough to move fast, they still left her hanging.

They don't arrive on time, nor do they care about getting you to your appointment on time.I called to see why the car hadn't arrived yet for my mother and was told to wait another 16 minutes.I called 16 minutes later to be told I need to wait another 8 minutes;I asked why is the car so late and if we can contact the driver directly only to be put on hold for 8 minutes.The person who picked up was not at all concerned and would rather me cancel than resolve the issue.
