This business is not good. Drivers are late and dispatchers are irresponsible. I would call to report driver have not arrived as of yet and would be told to hold on only to be kept on hold. When I call back, the dispatcher would automatically put me on hold. As a result, appointment was cancelled due to my late arrival. I don't recommend this transport service to anyone.

Lo peor el chofer se mete por el paseo de emergencia. Se come las luces y guía malísimo las guagua todas sucias por dentro dan as o sabiendo que en esas guagua montan personas me tires de edad que tienen el sistema inmunológico frágil Después que recogen un paciente para llevarlo. A su cita dice que tiene que recoger otro y. Adivina llegué tarde y no me atendieron. Porque por culpa de la transportación llegué tarde.alguien tiene que hacer algo con estas personas múltalos por incompetentes.

This company helps my mom out a lot. They always get here on time and they treat my mother with respect. Whenever she go to an appointment they make sure they answer the phone right away and give you nothing but happiness
