Terry, doesn't even deserve one star. I hired him for an adoption. It took five long years. When I would call Terry he would get me mixed up with other clients. Terry told me we didn't have court, but we did. Terry didn't show up for a court date we had. The judge called Terry and he said he was still at home. Terry said he didn't know he had court that date. Whenever the adoption was finally final Terry messed up the paperwork. I couldn't get a birth certificate and Terrry kept putting me off when I asked him to fix it.
I went to court and adopted my son back in 2019 and found out the end of 2023 that no one sent the paperwork to Nashville. This means my son still doesn’t have the same last name as me, my name isn’t on his birth certificate, and I can’t get his birth certificate or social security. I’ve called for a month now. Him and his assistant tells me at the end of the conversation they’re going to get on it but they act like they don’t know who I am every time I call.
