Dispatch is garbage and very disrespectful
They will never answer your calls, they lie like a rug about everything even if it doesn't matter. They pay well if you can get loads without sitting for awhile.the longer you work there the less money you make. The mechanic s are pretty good. You have a lot of freedom (I.E) routes fueling. But the top brass will send you out with equipment that can get you tickets
