I love the BTS bus and the drivers are respectful except I got one bus driver that called me in for vaping inside the glass transfer station on pine St. He's now doing RETALIATION against me in a past situation and event I witnessed him doing something and not reporting that there were 3 passengers drinking a liquor bottle inside of the glass transfer station and I reported it to his supervisors and today he accused someone smoking on the bus.
BTS should NOT have the budget for a phone that they will NOT answer. Perhaps Klamath Falls City Admin should review BTS Budget allocation for the next fiscal year. If BTS does not NEED a contact dispatch office, then they should not have one.
3 times I called for ride and no show. I even asked for them to call me, no return. I have important antibiotic treatment at the hospital every morning for Mrsa and I can't depend on them. So have a backup ready cuz you may not get your ride.
In my opinion the wheel chair ramp needs to be wider
