Really frustrating experience. Had issue with my sink, went to purchase needle nose pliers; were the wrong size; brought them back and asked if I could exchange them—they said no. Asked if I could return they said—no because I opened them. Then heard “how do we know you didn’t use them? Tell me that.” Right. Great customer service. A store I’ve been to many times, at least once a month—I live four blocks away, And they’re willing to lose a customer over $16.00 worth of needle nose pliers. Bad Business.
