The furniture, esp the couches are low quality and the price is too high. They charge shipping/delivery for the couches or did so with me. They charge Bobs/Ashley Furniture prices for Temu quality.
Decent furniture. Not free delivery though like they advertise — they will hold it hostage and make you pay a fee on it after you’ve already ordered.
Amazing one-stop shop for college students, grad students, or anyone looking for deals on furniture. Super helpful in selecting pieces and quick with installation, next day even on a weekend holiday. When my futon broke a few days after installation they came and replaced it for no extra cost. They even put together some furniture I bought elsewhere and hung my mirror for me - overall above and beyond service and the price is unbeatable, I’d give six stars if I could.
