I have been seeing Connie for at least a couple of years, for varying issues. She is SO knowledgeable with how the body works, how one side affects the other. Excellent, professional care. Have been a patient for many years, with differing needs, running the gamut of normal aches and pains from yoga and ballet, to a head injury from a fall. Connie is a superb practitioner…constantly helping one recover in an intelligent, direct manner.
Connie has helped me with past injuries, flexibility, nutrition, and overall health. If you’re struggling with your health, she can definitely make a difference!
Connie at Basic Vitality is a magician. She is kind, caring, and EXCELLENT at what she does. I would not be able to teach dance and continue my hobby of running without her help. She is the one and only person you should need to keep pain at bay.
