I have been doing business with this company for 35 years; they do a good job.
Had no problems with them first year I filed. This year has been an UNPROFESSIONAL MESS. Andre filed the wrong dependent from being lazy and moving too fast. I was flagged. He yells at you over the phone when you are making valid points that goes against his logic. IRS personally says he needs to be more educated. He also tells people business to other people not even related. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I just used Mr. Andre for the 1st time this year. He is excellent And knowledgeable! Definitely looks out for your best interest. I will for sure continue to use their services.
