I ordered a garment bag on 6/7/19 and my paypal was charged immediately. When I placed the order it went straight to paypal and there was no option to review the order before payment. However 2 days later someone called from the company, addressed my concerns and shipped my product, which arrived ahead of schedule. The product is lovely and the customer service was great once they called. Buyer Beware! Basic has horrible customer service and they intentionally are vague on their website about refunds and returns. That is because they won't accept them. I tried multiple times to contact them and the person in charge of returns was not available on 2 different occasions, so I emailed them regarding my issue. They refuse to issue me a refund when their product came to me damaged. They also sent me a "screen shot" of an email that was never emailed to me. Shady business practices.
