Communication is not the greatest. I filled out something online & didn’t hear back for days, so I texted the # on the website instead. I had some scheduling issues on my end at the time & there was zero availability to fit my needs. I reached out a few weeks later after things cleared up - she read the message the day I sent it & never replied back… Disappointing.
I contacted her on March 31st, asking when she had availability, she said she had no ability on mentioned date. So i asked when was her next available date, and have not heard anything from her since. This was disappointing because I had used her services before. Bad business ethics.
Kim was fantastic and knew how to ease my aches and pains! Highly recommend!!
After every massage I feel like a slice of butter, melting on top of a big 'ol pile of flapjacks.
