1 star may be too much. HELP! Our company is awaiting a response from our Customer Service Rep since December 31st. Being guided to self-service from your new website doesn't help us - we need to know when our employee accounts will be funded. Multiple attempts to call, email etc., and no response. We are disconnected repeatedly and eager to hear from someone.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Have been using them for 5 years and the last 6 months has been a nightmare. The same two monthly claims that I sent in for 4 1/2 years have been declined every month for the last 6 months. I have to call several times a month, talk to different people who give me different reasons why my claims were denied, have a ticket pushed to the claims department, and they finally get paid. Negative stars if I could. This company is absolutely horrible. Claims are processed offshore and they obviously don't know what they are doing. I get a different answer from everyone I speak to. They cannot explain why claims are denied but deny them anyway.
Do NOT use this company. So far they have stolen money from every employee that I work with that contributes to their HSA. My wife is pregnant and currently this company has stolen $1600 from us. My employer has been trying to contact this company for the past few months and has not gotten a hold of anybody and no one has called them back. If you don’t want your money stolen then choose a different company.
