Murali Bashyam and his team were always professional, caring, and efficient. The response times were quick, his approach was tailored to our needs, and the paperwork was flawless and well worth the money.
Worst law firm ever. Mr. Murali Bashyam, had my case for H1B. Here are following things happened in my case- 1) Mr. Murali Bashyam, and his team don't even know how to draft a letter. They just copy and past. Everything was provided from my side but they failed to arrange documents and submitted false documents. 2) I received RFE and I tried to contact them several times. I had my 2 pm phone appointment. I called at the right time and the receptionist transfers me to Murali Bashyam's office. The call was right away went to the voicemail. I thought it might have been a mistake, so I called second time and I get same results. Third time I call and now the receptionist phone went to voicemail. I don't understand how you can trust them with your case when they can't even honor a simple phone appointment. I would not recommend
