Very disappointing experience. This law firm never answers phone calls and rarely responds to emails. Communication was extremely poor, and I felt ignored throughout the process. It was frustrating trying to get updates or even basic responses. I expected much better professionalism and responsibility. I would not recommend this firm if you value timely communication and reliable client service.
