I got a phone call, voice-mail,and letter in the mail in regards to a lawsuit for a rent a car that was damaged and they are suing me, for being responsible for in amount $25k plus. Not only have I never rented a car from that company. I was not involved in a crash. For a law firm to send out threatening letters on such matters, is as concerning as it is unprofessional. If I could give zero I would!! Mr. Gary is on his high horse. Just got off the phone to give him a potential case. He goes on to tell me that I need to pay per hour for an attorney and I should try to look for a cheap one. Stating his hourly is high. Talk about privilege. His hourly rate is $550 and thinks no one can afford him. It's laughable. GARY discriminates against cases because he thinks you can't afford him just by talking on the phone.
