I am very disappointed in Skip's. My mom has been a costumer there for over 40 years and recently had to go into a nursing home. Skip's "topped off" the tank at her house and charged her $990.99. We called Skip's and asked if they can come out and empty the tank and refund her account. We Were told over the phone that is not a problem and there will be a charge to empty the tank. 2 Stars only because the account cancellation process was easy. I paid 5 cents more a gallon for propane because David said he would put us route fill and that we were guaranteed to be filled up once a month when they do the route in our area. I explained we have a 250 gallon tank that we own and it's served the house and us just fine for awhile. No summer fill even though I told him our level was below full. First fill in November.
