I want to THANK the driver who picked up my grandson from the Flix Bus in Edmonton today. The bus was 15 minutes late but the driver waited & even notified me. The drop-off place was difficult to park at but the driver looked around for my grandson & went out of his way to locate him. He treated us like family, with concern, & that kind of reliability is why I would use this company again. I SO appreciate that kind of service.

Booked cab to the airport days in advance. Morning of, cab no show. Called at pick up time and they had no record of my reservation, probably forgot to enter it… cab arrived 15 minutes later. Both the car and the driver reeked of smoke. And of course issues on the Henday just because why not?! Definitely would not recommend and not even deserving of one star.

Very bad service and bad drivers. Would not recommend their service. A black Toyota picked me up and was late to my destination making me miss my appointment.

This is an outstanding cab company. I used them for five days for my work in Sherwood Park and to from the airport. Each driver was courteous on time and nothing but five stars from me, Norman Foote musician entertainer.
