I don't know how they come up with their meal replacement shakes but they are amazing. They taste like an indulgence and fill you up but have very little sugar or calories. The staff is always friendly. Just a great place all around.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Basecamp Nutrition!!! I work on my feet for 12+ hr shifts as a nurse and one 32 oz tea helps me get through my day with better energy, mental clarity and hydration. Everything there is healthy & delicious-from the teas and shakes, to the ciders and protein donuts. The owner, Connie, is truly a gem too. She’s genuine and always has a smile ready to greet you, a fun story to share, and makes you feel like family. LOVE getting to support this awesome, local spot!
Couldn’t be happier with the service, the drinks, and the atmosphere of the business. 10/10 recommend this place for great caffeine, and smoothies/ shakes!! You’re missing out if you haven’t tried it out yet. Incredible owners as well :)
A great surprise! I found Basecamp by chance and am very happy I did. The owner made me a custom shake and made sure it was to my taste. Fantastic store and old school small business friendliness. We need more of this! Thank you Connie.
