Majority messed up my taxes. Resulting in an audit and a fine for several grand. ANTHONY MARZETTE Did my taxes. I will never ever go on base to do taxes again. I do not recommend going here. My income was incorrect, my birthdate was wrong, he didn’t even have my name correct. So many discrepancies all throughout my tax return.
Spent weeks trying to get my lost tax refund form back from the IRS to apply for scholarships, with no result. I walk in here and 2 minutes later, JD has it figured out. Great service. So much better than it used to be.
If I could give a 0 I would. I called asking why I haven’t gotten any tax return and she answered “put me on hold” but I can hear her child in the back and her arguing with someone else I called again and she picked up but didn’t say anything and then hung up. Now I’m trying to reach anyone at this point but it seems she’s the only one working.
