My group of 5 guys came in an hour before closing needing to have 2 snowboards waxed, boots fitted, and a snowboard rental. Their service was absolutely perfect. They didn't rush us at all eventhough by the time we were finishing up we were already past their closing time. This place deserves every piece of business that comes their way and I'll always recommend them to everyone I know that comes to Denver.
Phenomenal service, the people running the place definitely knows their stuff. They were also able to help out waxing and tuning my board even though they already have had a lot of boards come in for the day. I have heavy appreciation for them being able to help out 🙏
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Flew in from Florida came an hour until they closed and Nick and Paulo took us in and took great care of us! They were so knowledgeable and kind. I honestly thought they will turn us away and it was the opposite. They got the boards waxed and tuned ready within the hour! IF YOUR IN BRECK YOU GOTTA COME HERE!
Top notch customer service. Bought boots and bindings last January from BMS. Came back in 2 weeks ago with an issue on one binding that was going to be a warranty claim. BMS gave me rental bindings for the weekend so I could get back out there and filed the warranty claim for me. Turns out I was less than a month over the one yr warranty period. Where to start!? Having skied Breckenridge for years now, not sure how we’ve never rented from Base Mountain Sports. From MATT taking awesome care of us on the front end to TANNER going above and beyond on the back end, we will only be renting equipment from Base Mountain Sports moving forward. A truly pleasant experience and reminder that people still care.
