Jackson was great, I bought my first pair of ski boots here and he threw in complementary heat molding and an extra 10% off. He also told me what skis he would recommend if I decide to get some. I really appreciate the staff here.
avoid store. i bought 3 things when it had sign saying sale on outwear, gear etc. wasn't specific on what. i bought 3 different things and not one was on sale when all 3 should have been per their sign. they also take employee tips out of purchase without notification. aside from those two things they messed up and gave me two different size boots. place seemed like a tourist scam to me.
Fantastic experience with Nick and Base Mountain. Nick went above and beyond working with the manufacturer on my warranty claim. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and got me a new board!
