I reached out to Base to help ith some in ceiling speakers and to retrofit some speaker wires through our basement and up through cabinets. John came out, gave me an estimate, and worked with me and contractor as we figured all of this out. He is knowledgeable, passionate and helpful. What a grateful company to work with. We will work with them in the future for any sound needs for sure!
We have purchased numerous products at Base over the years. John was fantastic in helping diagnose our in-ceiling speaker issue. He was able to figure out the issue and installed a Sonos amp to get everything working properly. We now have music throughout our house. Thank you.
