I cannot recommend Damien and the team at Basecamp enough! My friend recommended Basecamp after I picked up a calf injury post marathon last year. And have since seen him throughout this next training cycle. I had the pleasure of seeing Damien and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Damien took the time to understand the nature of my injury, including my training as a runner, previous injury history, and any other precipitating factors. He was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely thorough in his assessment. Seeing Damien provided me with peace of mind I needed to safely return to training.
