I can't say enough about Damien and his team at Basecamp Physical Therapy! Through over-use and poor sleeping posture I had developed neck pain that radiated down my arm and into my hand. I’ve had left shoulder pain for about four years. I walked in with the notion that I was never going to be near even 90% of what my good shoulder is at before I started working with Ryan. I now have almost 100% full range of motion without pain in my left shoulder, and it’s sitting at about 90+% strength in comparison to my right shoulder. The facility is clean, staff are friendly, and the treatment has been dynamic and top notch.
I had a chronic wrist injury that I thought the folks at BaseCamp could help with. I saw Anna and she was awesome. She gave me specific exercises to do at home and after 2 visits I saw amazing results with a return to working out in just a few weeks! Basecamp did an amazing job getting me unstuck and on the road to recovery in no time, highly recommend
10/10 recommend. Damien and the whole staff at basecamp go above and beyond to understand and help their patients. I have been seeing Damien for a few months now rehabbing broken femur. He has brought great insight to the exercises and been an incredible resource and getting me back on my feet.
