I walked in, not knowing what I needed…. And in 10 minutes I was out the door with a newly trued wheel…..And the option to come back if I have more problems for a more extensive truing at a very reasonable price. So awesome!!
I wanted to like this shop as Harley is nice and it's local, but my experience was disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to email, so I emailed them all my bike information and the service request. After months without a response, I followed up and brought my bike in for a bearing refresh and tune-up. Although the bike looked great when I picked it up, the bearings hadn't been swapped or cleaned. I emailed again and was told the parts would be ordered ASAP. Great place for bikes. The owner, Harley, is a good guy. He’s knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. You can’t find a better bike shop in Castle Rock.
Better to promote repeat clientele with courtesy rather than snobby rudeness because my husband asked for a small part that apparently is beneath your store to carry. How do you know he wasn't going to make a big purchase later?
