I've lived up and down the Front Range and have tried more bike shops than I can count. Some are OK, others not great. I found Base Camp one week before a race and needed an emergency repair. Roger squeezed me in and did great work. I've since brought multiple bikes in for everything from simple tune ups to a full conversion from flat bars to drop bars on my MTB. Base Camp has provided exceptional, over-the-top service. Troubleshooting odd bike issues and resolving them in the best (and cost effective) manner.
I recently started taking my bikes to Base Camp. I highly recommend having your bikes serviced at this bike shop. They are very professional and have you back on your bike in no time. Take your bikes to Base Camp, you'll be happy you did.
Hands down the best bike shop in Castle Rock. Community focused, knowledgeable, and biggest of all there is none of that oh you must know nothing about bikes and we are better than you assumption that SO many bike shops and employees have. Glad to have this shop in the community.
Roger at Base Camp in Castle Rock is amazing. He performed a thorough tune up on my bike and is extremely knowledgeable on all things bikes, helmets, and more. He spent time explaining things to me as well as helping me understand the differences in helmets, bikes, and more. Certainly will be coming back for any of my bike needs!
