5 stars – I had an incredible experience renting a Norco Optic from Base Camp Cyclery today. The bike ride was awesome, but what truly made it unforgettable was the exceptional service. The shop owner—who didn’t even have to come in—arrived on his day off to make sure I had the bike I needed. I’ve been in a few shops in my time, and this is a great shop, you can tell by the pixels. But seriously, a great staff with a good selection of products. Highly recommended.

The few times I have visited this store, I always get treated like a "Fred" who doesnt know anything about bikes or just got into cycling, by the lead tech. I usually do my own maintenance on all my bikes but sometimes I pay to have maintenance done because I just don't have the time. I'm an aggressive rider who rides all disciplines of cycling including gravel, road, trail, all mtn, ebike & park and have been cycling/ riding for almost 30 years. Great service, I was driving down from Denver to the Springs, needed a tube, they didn't have a new in stock till later in the day, so the tech hooked me up with an unboxed one on the house Thanks
