Had a great experience at Base Camp. Walked in just looking around and found several things I had on my wishlist and a few things I didn't know were a thing that is now on my wishlist. Staff was helpful, friendly, and seemed well informed on all things cycling. I will definitely be coming back.
I stop in every once in a while looking for parts, but most of the mechanics are not friendly or willing to help. It’s a stark difference compared to Evo, Cripple Creek or Campus cycles where the staff want to help and talk bikes. If it wasn’t within walking distance I wouldn’t bother…
Excellent service - had two flat tires, carried bike in, rolled it out in less than 20 min. Very resonable labor rate - I hightly recommend.
I visited Base Camp Cyclery for the first time today. I had a brake adjustment issue I couldn’t figure out. They were friendly and efficient and had me back on my bike in 10 mins. It’s great to find a shop close to me with excellent service! I’ll be back.
I love my bike! Everyone here is amazing and so helpful. It was such an easy process getting everything set up. Definitely recommend
