Although I haven’t purchased a bike from these guys yet, I had my bike serviced by them and also purchased gear. I’ve found everybody in the shop to be super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The bike service was top-notch…my ride nearly peddles itself up Mt Falcon these days You won’t be disappointed. My next bike will be purchased from Base Camp! Thanks guys 🤙

Base Camp Cyclery is hands down one of the best bike shops around! As a small business, they truly go above and beyond with incredible customer service. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need just honest, high-quality service. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about their customers and the cycling community. If you're looking for expert service with a personal touch, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Base Camp. Walked in just looking around and found several things I had on my wishlist and a few things I didn't know were a thing that is now on my wishlist. Staff was helpful, friendly, and seemed well informed on all things cycling. I will definitely be coming back.
