I’ve been in a few shops in my time, and this is a great shop, you can tell by the pixels. But seriously, a great staff with a good selection of products. Highly recommended.
The few times I have visited this store, I always get treated like a "Fred" who doesnt know anything about bikes or just got into cycling, by the lead tech. I usually do my own maintenance on all my bikes but sometimes I pay to have maintenance done because I just don't have the time. I'm an aggressive rider who rides all disciplines of cycling including gravel, road, trail, all mtn, ebike & park and have been cycling/ riding for almost 30 years.
