Came in with a back wheel with loose spokes, it was done in 3 days took it back and after 4 runs I discovered 2 were still loose and that the wheel had to be trued. Don’t waste your time here.
We had a great experience renting e-bikes from here. We’ve done a fair amount of e-bike renting while on vacations, and these were the nicest, most intuitive bikes we’ve ever used. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely rent from them again. As a side note, we rode to Woody Creek Tavern. Beautiful ride there and back and good food too!
Good selection of products, however the staff is a bit stand off-ish, especially if you aren’t dressed like you have a million bucks.
This is a difficult review to leave. I’ve been a customer here for many years. I’ve purchased two pairs of DPS skis, two LIV road bikes for my wife, a Yeti SB120 Mountain bike for myself and seasonal ski rentals for our kid every year for the last five years or so. Terrible communication and customer service. I took my Pivot to them for warranty repair. I called several times over the few months that they had my bike to get repair status updates. Each call they either said they were busy and hung up on me, or said they didn't know anything and had no ETA. Once the bike was finally fixed and shipped back to me, the bike frame was damaged in 3 areas and rotor damaged due to improper packing, but the shop won't do anything about it because when I finally unpacked the box it was past a shi... read more
