My father and mother set up a trust with this Law office.. My father passed away on the 19th we contacted the law firm for advice regarding the trust. . They informed us they would return a call to us the 23rd. On the 24th in an effort to help our mother my other brother reached out for a second time asking for a return phone call. We are now starting the 25th with no return calls. Professionalism? they cannot even return phone calls. Their service and non responsiveness has been a HUGE disappointment so far! My father hired him to draw up a last will. When my father passed I had trouble with people not following his last will. When I called Barton for help I was told, and I quote word for word "We are to busy to help you." Please don't put your faith and the future of your family in this man's hands.

The trust took over a year to get settled and the spreadsheet that they gave to the beneficiaries literally did not "add up"; there was missing money. They have not communicated to a beneficiary's CPA as they agreed and were paid to do. CPA has been waiting on information for almost an additional year after the trust settlement. Multiple messages have been left. Now the tax filing deadline has come and gone. They were not willing to answer any follow-up questions to the trust.
