I have been using these tax preparers for three decades. The work is done punctually and accurately. The price is more than reasonable. I have subsequently referred family members--a brother and a cousin--and they too are more than satisfied. I will add that, since Tommy retired, Rick has been most responsive, returning my calls promptly and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend them as tax preparers for individuals, and the small-business owners I have referred to them are also quite satisfied.
There couldn't be more truth to Michael's reviews. Beware of Rick Myers. He will treat you with zero respect and dignity after failing to complete your taxes on time. I'm suspect of other positive reviews on here (probably his friends/family).
Where do I begin… This firm was my father’s CPA for several years. He passed away in July 2022 and my brother and I stepped in to run and close down/sell his company. In seven months, we paid around $10,000 in CPA fees. The last bill was around $4000 of which I wondered about as I was the one who completed all the quarterly reports. I even tallied and gave Rick the CPA the income numbers for all W2, 1099 records. All he did was literally fill in the blanks. Just got off the phone with them. They did not want to talk to me, actually he acted like it physically hurt him. Asked him about previous taxes with audit he was very you have to pay this and that is it, when I spoke with a tax attorney who told me exactly what to ask and when to discontinue a conversation with a cpa because they are not willing to help.
