I had to call several times to make an appointment. I’m a college student and working on campus. It’s hard to get in. They wouldn’t work around at all on times. It was either when I work or not at all I was told. What would happen if I was really sick? I know it’s “free” but seriously they need to work on customer service really bad.

Ignored the signs of an appendicitis. INSISTED IT WAS NOT AN APPENDICITIS. Thank God I had my daughter go to the ER. Via Christi saved her life. While the doctor here could have killed her "it's a virus" "you will feel better in a few days" "go home and get rest".
