Jason at Bartlesville Bikes is amazing! Last year he was able to troubleshoot and correct the issues with my wife's drivetrain. Last month, my son's derailers, and this weekend some clunkiness in my shifting. I bought an E-bike and after a couple of days I had a problem with the rear hub. I called and the owner said he didn’t have much experience with e-bikes(which was appreciated as far as being honest). He told me to bring it in anyways and he would take a look at it and since there wasn’t a bike store close to home, I took a chance and drove almost an hour to get it checked out. I’m glad I did. Bartlesville Bikes provided me with such an outstanding experience recently. My son's bicycle was having issues, but I couldn't figure out why. I brought the bike into the shop and the owner was able to examine the bike, explain what was going on, and make the necessary adjustments at a good price.
