Susan did my taxes for a couple years during covid. Took a personal phone call during our consultation and discussing a private matter. Wasn't aware of certain deduction forms until I gave her the form numbers. Then I got audited and asked for her help and she told me I'd have to call the IRS, she didn't know what the audit was for. I ended up resolving it on my own. Not impressed. I switched to a different CPA
