Very slow, staff is unresponsive. Drive through sucks.. i had to wait for such a long time. I pressed the “Call to assist” button so many times and then they would come to assist ugh
Lol there’s a reason this pharmacy is rated so poorly. Every single time I come here, the pharmacy has no idea about anything going on and everything takes forever to get ready. PLEASE to whoever is reading this, do NOT waste your time, energy and mental space for this place.
First time I went to the Bartell’s farmacy and it was a very bad experience - in the morning I couldn’t get my temporary medicine because the prescription wasn’t ready and I understand so I call the doctor and sent the prescription to a different Bartell and as happened in the past the call the other farmacy so transfer or send the okay to get the medicine but this didn’t happened . Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. This pharmacy turns the phones off and doesn’t even try to answer let alone check their voicemails for prescriptions called in by doctors. The pharmacist on duty was so rude for no reason then also was unwilling to fill my simple antibiotic prescription at 5 on a Saturday when they close at 9pm. Avoid this place at all costs if you actually want to get your prescription. If you do choose to go here expect an unpleasant experience.
