August 9, 2025- Bartell drug is officially finished now at 90% off the remaining items which is basically nothing anybody wants. Sad to see it go but this location is done, store shelves are empty and the doors are closing permanently. Update on post May 2024- Post Office in Bartell Drugs is Closed. They changed to CVS recently. When my doctor ordered prescriptions even after a week they didn’t fill my order. When i went first person told your insurance is not updated go to another counter. Another attending person said They already have insurance. Then i had to wait for 20 minutes. Their management is very poor and prescriptions are getting delayed. They even didn’t answer why my prescription was mot filled.
I had the worst instore experience at bartell drugstore at 132 bridle trails the store is about to close permanently offering a 75% off everything . One of the female employee named clariol is extremely rude and racist to person of color she wears glasses and if any one asks her for some help she replies extremely rudely i went to checkout where she was at cash register I’m a person of color as soon as she saw me her tone changed and she manually added prices of some of the stuff in the end she added 15$ more of some strips ... read more
