Went to see if the Redbox was on after the tornado cyclone and as I was leaving, the manager guarded the kiosk like it’s a vault. Never visiting the Bartell drugs, fearing I’ll get called out by manager for using the Redbox
Always super kind and go beyond serving those with medical needs experiencing difficult circumstances. Appreciate those on the Pharmacy team for sure. The store customer service however; meh!
I love this Bartell's and especially their Pharmacy. After Rite Aid bought Bartell's & then went bankrupt, it's been a bit of a struggle, but they are fighting through it. I encourage everyone near here to support them & help keep them operating in Bridle trails.
Poor customer service.
Friendly neighborhood service all around, from the postal service to the cashier. I don't use the pharmacy so I can't say but when I did a COVID shot, it was decent. In general, they always try to help. It's usually quite clean and organized. Overall, a reliable place.
