Stopped by Bartell Drugs and was a bit underwhelmed by the selection, especially in the sweets aisle, which felt pretty empty. Most of the other aisles looked understocked as well, giving the store an overall sparse vibe. Only one employee was visible, working the cashier, and they didn’t seem very enthused. I could not say enough good things about the pharmacists and staff here at Bartells Houghton. They areincredibly helpful, kind and patient. I have some health issues that have made it difficult to remember what medications I need to take, and when to refill them, and they have always gone out of their way to make sure that I have the medications I need. I'm so grateful to all the pharmacist here and wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Appreciate you all!
Very insulting on the phone!
Went in to pick up a hair clip. Whole section empty. Other basic items that you would expect in a drug store gone or in short supply. Thank you RiteAid. They shouldn't have been allowed to buy Bartells. Why isn't there consumer protection?
