This evening was a not very great evening for Bartell and me. They texted me that my Rx was ready yesterday for pickup. I got there this evening, and they only had ½ of my Rx ready! And now I have to make a 2nd trip to pick up the 2nd piece of Rx! Sin e being taken over by Rite-Aid, the service of this pharmacy and its employees have suffered. Never refill my prescriptions when they're due to be refilled and slow and there's no drive-thru.when Daniel left the place went to hell!
Went well.. They seem to have adequate staff on board now .. Things are fine..
Parent company Rite Aide must really hate this location or its General Manager. The drive thru continues to be closed. Sometimes there are enough cashiers and Pharmacists to keep the line inside moving, sometimes not. Still better than driving into Everett for filling scripts. Hours posted in update photo.
