This used to be a really nice pharmacy until Rite Aid bought. Apparently they want it to go out of business because now it’s perpetually understaffed. It’s almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone most of the time—I’m motivated to leave a review after spending most of the last 30 minutes on hold, after not even getting an answer later. I have a pressing question about a travel medication and am traveling in 3 hours, but I guess I’ll still be guessing how exactly to take it while I bore the plane.
I just went to Bartel drugs to pick up my prescriptions. I have bronchitis and need antibiotics. Waited an hour before even going to pick them up because they usually take a while. I saw Baily at the front counter. She was extremely rude to me. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a professional environment in my life. Baily needs to get out of customer service.
The pharmacy department is wonderful. The staff are very knowledgeable, understanding and great!
At this point it's probably for the best that barrels is mostly gone because having sent a prescription in 24 hours ago, waited as long as possible knowing they would be closing for the holiday to get it, and they tell ll me it isn't ready can I wait twenty minutes. No. I can't. I've been waiting 24 hours. I won't be coming back here for any reason after today. There are four or five people behind the counter.
