I know exactly who Dan is referring to. She’s not a pharmacist but she is the person you often wind up having to deal with when you pick up your prescription. I have a name for her that I won’t mention. Otherwise the professional pharmaceutical staff are very kind and cooperative. I am amazed that they can work in such cramped conditions. Since half of the over the counter shelves are empty, they should consider redesigning the space to give the pharmacists more room!

The new staff works at the Pharmacy is very rude. When I came in for prescription pickup, she said I don’t have any prescription to pick up. Then I told her that I called and the chat bot told me to pick the prescription up after 4:30 pm. She said yes but it is not ready yet. However, I arrived at 6 pm.
