Sad selection, bare shelves...
Ruth in the pharmacy has a bad attitude and did not make me feel welcome when dropping off my prescription. I was going to stop by Safeway, but chose to support a smaller business instead. I won't make that mistake again.
I fined the pharmacy has great service. My issue is some one and or their computer keep putting some of my prescriptions on auto refill. Interesting it's the most expensive ones. Suspicious!!!!
I initially was grateful to have my prescriptions here as the staff seemed competent and patient focused. However when a doctor wrote a prescription incorrectly for a medication I needed, I was treated poorly, as if it was my fault not the doctors fault, and stigmatized. I sure hope I will hear from a regional manager will see this and reach out because I am frustrated to have been treated this way. I’m also a healthcare professional and the treatment I received is not okay.
