I normally get my prescriptions here. I used their delivery service and Bartells charged my insurance. Then Scriptdrop never delivered my antibiotics (we checked cameras, mailbox and with neighbors). Scriptdrop said that they delivered it in their link with no easy way to dispute which after googling is a common problem. We then called Bartells, Kent-Kangley pharmacy, they informed us that we had to ask our doctor to send in another prescription. Went to a vaccine appointment here and was told I couldn't get it due to not having insurance, which I understand and isn't my issue, but the two women working here tonight both had very rude attitudes.
I scheduled a vaccine appointment online for my child on Saturday for the following Thursday. When I arrived to my appointment Thursday evening, they told me they were out of the vaccines. I had received a text confirmation earlier in the day. When I asked why no one had called me, the tech said they were trying which was clearly a lie. I had received no phone calls from them.
