Purchased a refrigerator from them and it works PERFECTLY! No issues and keeps things nice and cold like promised! They delivered it and placed it in the spot we wanted with no issues. Super nice and sweet people!
Purchased a refrigerator and they delivered quickly. Started having a minor issue after a week and they sent someone same day I informed them of it. They honored the 90 day warranty and fixed the issue immediately..very nice people and I'm very happy
I recently had my dryer repaired, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. The technician arrived promptly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. What really stood out was their attention to detail—not only did they fix the problem perfectly, but offered 90 day warranty on top! Thank you and definitely will use for any future appliance repairs!
My stove got red tagged twice for gas leaks please do better Update: refused to to pick up the bad stove they sold us because I “wrote a bad review” very unprofessional and the fact that the gas company has said this happens very often with you guys not installing correctly or selling bad merchandise. The gas company said My family and I could have died due to the amount of gas that was leaking the least you could have done was pick up the bad stove. To begin this I state that this store is truly a great store that does quality work and sells good products. However, THEY DROPPED THE BALL THIS TIME. It was 1 to 2 weeks ago I dropped of my Whirlpool 5 burner gas stoves Oven door for the front glass to be replaced. I spoke with a gentleman who expressed that it would $140 to replace the glass.
