My stove got red tagged twice for gas leaks please do better Update: refused to to pick up the bad stove they sold us because I “wrote a bad review” very unprofessional and the fact that the gas company has said this happens very often with you guys not installing correctly or selling bad merchandise. I’ve had the pleasure of using Barstow Appliance twice, and both experiences have been outstanding! They were incredibly quick to respond, even when I called after hours—they got back to me right away. The first time, I was bracing myself for a costly repair, but the technician quickly fixed the issue and only charged me a few bucks for the part. I was blown away by their honesty and efficiency. Great business. Came quick to repair my gas dryer belt & very professional.
10/10. As soon as I walked in the door I was greated woth smiles and familiarity. As if going to see your favorite uncle that you haven't seen in a while. Very personable and very fair. They even brought the items down around back of the store and loaded them into my truck. Very good customer service, Very good prices, that 90 day warranty is a good stress reliever. Just hooked up the units and they seem to working just fine
Don't waste your time with this so-called business. I needed a service call to fix my washer. They sent their son out to look at the washer and who doesn't speak hardly any English. He pulls apart my washer and points to where the problem is and calls his dad to tell me that they can look in the shop and see if they have a used one so that I don't have to wait for one to be ordered and shipped.
