I’ve had the pleasure of using Barstow Appliance twice, and both experiences have been outstanding! They were incredibly quick to respond, even when I called after hours—they got back to me right away. The first time, I was bracing myself for a costly repair, but the technician quickly fixed the issue and only charged me a few bucks for the part. I was blown away by their honesty and efficiency. 10/10. As soon as I walked in the door I was greated woth smiles and familiarity. As if going to see your favorite uncle that you haven't seen in a while. Very personable and very fair. They even brought the items down around back of the store and loaded them into my truck. Very good customer service, Very good prices, that 90 day warranty is a good stress reliever. Just hooked up the units and they seem to working just fine
Don't waste your time with this so-called business. I needed a service call to fix my washer. They sent their son out to look at the washer and who doesn't speak hardly any English. He pulls apart my washer and points to where the problem is and calls his dad to tell me that they can look in the shop and see if they have a used one so that I don't have to wait for one to be ordered and shipped. so went thru some co that sends these guys out for 85$, the problem is when it takes 30 days to get your washer back. Also didnt want to give me a receipt, im not coming back dont worry. i paid over 600$ and just want proof so i can claim it on my taxes. customer service is horrible! wait times are worse than bestbuy. Which i shouldve went thru but trying to save time cost me in the rear end.
Great service and prices. I bought a used unit that was refurbished to look and work like new. They delivered and installed quickly. The delivery crew were quick, efficient and even entertaining. I highly recommend them.
