Truly Fantastic representation! Troy has worked tirelessly to see me adjust status from an E visa to EB3 permanent residence. I always felt like a priority and he remained on the ball. Deborah Notkin is one of the rudest people I've spoken to. Back in 2017 they filed an H1B transfer with a new employer I was scheduled to join. Due to personal reasons I couldn't join them after the H1 visa transfer was complete. I tried contacting Deborah to understand the process of withdrawing the petition, if I needed to or whether it didn't matter or if I required to have a copy of the I797? and she wouldn't respond back.
