I do not remember how I found Barry Kaufman PA, but do know I have used his services on several occasions in at least the past 10 years. We have never met and there is no need to. My husband, son and I have gotten tickets over the years and thankfully all have been dismissed through Mr. Kaufman. I don't know about the other reviews but I have never experienced an issue over the phone and even on my recent ticket this past month, Digna, was so kind in listening to my ticket story and took all the information over the phone. Dealing with Barry's office was a great experience. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When it came time for court Barry was able to get my ticket dismissed
NO LONGER PRACTICING. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET RID OF THE COURT FEES FOR THE VIOLATION AND DIDN'T EVEN SEND TE DISPSITIONM LETTER. NOT ONLY TO ME BUT TO ALL HIS CLIENTS. WE ALL GOT LETTERS FROM LAST YEARS TICKETS SAYING OUR LICENSE WOULD BE SUSPENDED. THE FIRM THAT TOOK OVER COULDN'T EVEN GIVE US FURHTER INFORMATION EXCEPT TO CALL BROWARD CLERK. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY THEY JUST ABADONED THE CASE AND LEFT ME TO HAVE TO PAY MROE THAN WHAT THE TICKET ACTUALLY COSTED. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
