They almost always arrive late I have been late to work I don’t know how many times, I rode with them the other day and the bus was so dirty there was dust and dirt everywhere I seen so many dead bugs. There are times I have to call at least 3 or 4 times before someone actually answers the phone. They get my schedule wrong all the time
Always on time and always there to take your call, if not they’re great at returning voicemails.
Very hard to get ahold of I feel like I blow their crap up, and if I leave a message I don't get a call back. But besides that the drivers and staff are awesome and they do things for the community that I don't think most see or realize . But y'all doing great for helping all of us being grumpy bc we wait on you ...... Why bc we have no car lmao makes no sense to me ... I'm grateful for barry county transit
My wife has called for rides for her appointments and the driver has either been late or just not showed up on several occasions
