My kids were upset about being made to sit on the floor of the bus, more than once. I called to ask the supervisor amd he said he would to check cameras to make sure my kids were safety in seats buts once I told his who the driver was, he completely changed up his demeanor. He said "that driver has been driving buses for more than 20 years, he would never allow something like that". I waited a couple of days for him to check cameras like he said he would. They do what they want, don't show, show up late, show up twenty minutes early. Doesn't the government fund you,is there anyone that keeps the Barry county transit in check..

Tried getting a ride to and from a couple places and when we called they told us they were all booked up for THE DAY. As I just went out to walk to my appointment I seen two buses go by with one passenger each. BUT THEY ARE BUSY AND ALL BOOKED UP?!?!?!? Unacceptable customer service and this is not the first time. Shame on public transportation for their lack of transparency and urgency for their community.
