I call yesterday to confirm a ride for my child yesterday received no response at all . today after calling three times received a very rude response . the lady explained that they were having some difficulties I will not go into detail. butt to make a short and simple of it. were understaffed your bus will get there when it gets there stop calling me. butt the rude tone that I received out of was uncalled for
The dispatchers rarely answer the phones and get the rides right. I had a doctors appointment at urgent care at 8:30am and never was able to get to it after Brooke and Shy messed up the schedule!!!!
Call in line for one transit should not be this difficult to receive in a town where that's what there whole job is. you could call and not get a answer when they have how many buses in this town. I believe if we have a transit make available for everyone.
My kids were upset about being made to sit on the floor of the bus, more than once. I called to ask the supervisor amd he said he would to check cameras to make sure my kids were safety in seats buts once I told his who the driver was, he completely changed up his demeanor. He said "that driver has been driving buses for more than 20 years, he would never allow something like that". I waited a couple of days for him to check cameras like he said he would.
