I scheduled an appointment with him a week ago for today at 10:00 am for an in house massage. We spoke on the phone. He confirmed, and wrote it down in his calendar...and then he NEVER showed up. This was a birthday gift for someone else. I called him today (10/14/2017) to see what was up, left a voicemail, and he NEVER returned my phone call.
