If you want to take advantage of 12 months interest-free financing to buy furniture, don’t shop here. I applied twice on two different devices with my 800 credit score, and both times my application failed to process - NOT denied. When I visited the store in person to try to rectify the situation, the administrative person was downright ugly. When the credit company was called by the store, they refused to speak with me.
All I can say is don't let the front of the building fool you. The inside is massive with furniture upstairs and downstairs. Happy hunting!
Horrible customer service. I called ahead and asked Dixie about the availability of an item, she told me it was not only available, but they would have someone there to load it. We drove 2hrs (the same day) in a storm to pick the cabinet up and when we get there she tells us they forgot and no one was available to load it. She nor the manager ever offered an apology for our inconvenience. IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Our 2500HD can accommodate up to 84' inches and has a 3900 lb. towing capacity.
