Poor customer serv...Employees talking/laughing about personal business while customers stand in line waiting to pay bills. Interactions are less than pleasant, feels like I'm interrupting/inconveniencing them to do their job. Also, charging $6 to pay a bill is just greedy and ridiculous. Instead of being rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. They ought to update their system to allow online payments and be more modern like orher counties.
